New Delhi, Nov 22 (PTI) The Supreme Court today came down heavily on Bihar and Jharkhand governments for non-payment of salaries to employees of two corporations for many years over differences at the time of Bihar bifurcation driving them to brink of starvation, and directed that their dues be paid.
