Ferozepur, 29 September: B.Ed Teachers Front Punjab Unit Feozepur in its meeting, under the chairmanship of Gurvinder Singh, President paid rich tributes to Shaheed Bhagat Singh and decided to stand against the imperialist forces. Gurvinder Singh said, “As per the decision of the state committee, a state level rally is being held on
October 6, at Jalanadhar and Ferozepur Unit has make all arrangements for the same”. He further said, “In this rally, the teachers in good numbers would participate from Ferozepur”. Speaking on this occasion, state committee member Paramjit Singh Pamma, Surinder Kamboj and Vinod Kumar said, “The government should immediately stop the clubbing of Primary and Middle schools, release the DA installment, revive the old pension scheme, the condition of primary schools should be rectified and separate grant should be provided for the electricity bills”. They further said, “The teachers should be paid their wages on time regularly and the regularized teachers who have completed the probation period on April 1, 2011 should be confirmed. On this occasion, Jaswinder Pal Singh, Rajiv Sharma, Gurmej Mamdo, Amit Airy, Kapil Harish, Sharma, Jasbir Singh, Tirath Zira, Resham Sher Khan, Baljit Mallanwalal, Arnish Moga, Sham Sunder, Navdeep, Narinder Puri, Kamal uri, Madam, Raman Deep, Ripandeep, Radha, Sukhpreet, Shashi and other were present.
