14 Computer teachers among 16 hurt in road accident

BARNALA: Sixteen persons, including 14 computer teachers, were injured when the bus they were travelling in overturned and hit a car on Sunday. Drivers of the car and the bus and a teacher, who suffered
serious injuries, have been referred to a hospital in Patiala. The teachers were going to Bathinda to take part in a rally. Jaspal Singh, a teacher, said 25 computer teachers from Ahmedgarh were going to Bathinda in a mini-bus to take part in a rally when the driver lost control over the vehicle near Ghunas village on Barnala-Bathinda highway. The bus hit a Ford Fiesta car coming from Bathinda side and overturned. Fourteen teachers and drivers were injured
