LTC scam: CBI team gathers details from RS secretariat

NEW DELHI: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) team on Monday approached the Rajya Sabha (RS) secretariat for documents related to fake travel bills allegedly submitted by a JD (U) MP Anil Kumar Sahani. The CBI on Friday had registered a First Information Report against Sahani for alleged submission of false travel claims worth around

` 9.5 lakh. “Our team went to the Rajya Sabha secretariat today to collect some documents related to the case lodged against Sahani, said a CBI source.
