Moga, Oct 31 (PTI) Over 500 contractual non-teaching staff of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan were today detained after they tried to block Moga-Ludhiana national highway, demanding regularisation of their services.
The protesting contractual employees were detained when they tried to block Moga-Bughipura crossing on the highway, police said.
They were taken away in four buses towards Badhni Kalan and Dharamkot side, police sources said.
