Amritsar, January 1
Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal here today said the SAD-BJP Government would open six new schools for students belonging to economically weaker sections (EWS) who secured 80 per cent marks in Class X in government schools.
Badal said the government’s thrust was on providing quality education to the poor children.

Addressing a gathering during a programme organised by Aadi Dharam Samaj (Aadhas) on the occasion of New Year at Bhagatanwala Grain Market here, he said the government was determined to ensure the welfare of weaker sections of the society.
