More than 35,000 masters promoted in Rajasthan Education Department

Jaipur: September 10: More than 35,000 employees of the education department in Rajasthan have been promoted during past about four months. According press release issued by department a special drive was carry out since December 2012 for holding departmental promotion committees (DPCs) meetings to clear promotion cases which were pending for past 20 years.

These included promotion of 489 district education officers, 4,119 principals, 1,926 Deputy District Education Officers and Senior District Education Officers, 4,800 Head Masters and a large number of teachers and office staff.
